Miguel has over 35 years in the financial services industry. He started as an international private banker in major global institutions in Spain, the UK, and Brazil, such as Banesto, Barclays Bank, was Latin America Southern Cone Private Banking Coordinator for more than a decade, and Banco Itaú.

His primary focus has always been on relationship management and investment advice.

For the past 15 years, Miguel has focused on the US domestic Market as a Managing Director for Guardian Life and Park Avenue Securities, and for the past 13 months as a Financial Professional with Principal^® Financial Network.

Miguel has extensive experience in advanced markets, incorporating life insurance into his solution mix and offering it to his clients. 

Miguel works closely with business owners, designing many strategies and solutions, including Defined Benefit plans (aka cash balance and 401 (k) plans), non-qualified plans, and alternative asset investments.

As a two time cancer survivor, Miguel has a very high sense of empathy and understanding the importance of clients' situations, goals, objectives, and aspirations. Elite client experience is always the ultimate goal.
